GPS Tracker and Dashcam Services - Terms and Conditions

Package Options and Pricing:

• • Customers can select from four package options: Basic, Standard, Professional, and On request. Prices are determined based on the required resources.

Monthly Prices:

• • • Basic: K65/Month

    • Standard: K85/Month

    • Professional: K100/Month

    • Custom (On request - K125+/Month): Price to be determined based on tailored requirements.

Basic Package:

• • • Free installation provided

    • Free Maintenance and replacement of faulty units

    • WhatsApp and Email support during business hours.

    • Up to 2 trackers per account.

    • Basic mobile app or web access.

    • Limited user features

Standard Package (Includes Basic Package Features +):

• • • Free professional installation

    • Free Maintenance and replacement of faulty units

    • Email, WhatsApp, and phone support during business hours.

    • Up to 10 trackers per account.

    • Enhanced mobile app and web access.

    • Basic geofencing options.

Professional Package (Includes Standard Package Features +):

• • • Free priority professional installation

    • Free proactive maintenance and replacement of faulty units

    • WhatsApp, phone, and email support during extended hours

    • Full-featured web and mobile access.

    • Up to 25 trackers per account.

    • Supports Admin account and user accounts creation

    • Advanced and customizable geofencing and rout planning functionalities.

Custom Package (On request):

• • • Installation tailored to specific needs and preferences.

    • Customized maintenance and support plan.

    • Tailored support options, potentially including on-site assistance.

    • Service level agreements for customized replacements.

    • Custom user access and management controls.

    • Geofencing and rout planning solutions designed as per specific requirements.

    • Customizable alert settings based on unique needs and specifications.

    • Supports backup trackers

Eligibility for Referrals and Free Usage:

• • Only active subscribers are eligible for referrals and free month usage.

Referral Program:

• • The referral program allows subscribers to earn free months of usage based on successful referrals.

  • Benefits and maximum free months vary according to the subscribed plan (Basic, Standard, Professional).

  • Free months are credited after successful referrals who subscribe for a minimum of 3 months.

  • The total free months can accumulate based on the number of successful referrals.

  • The maximum limit for free months across all plans is capped at 5 months per year.

  • Extra earned free months will be added to the subscriber's service for the following year.

Monthly Service Agreement:

• • The subscriber agrees to a minimum 3-month commitment initial payment.

Installation and Access:

• • Initial installation is included in the service plan provided it's within the reach for our technicians

  • Reinstallation due to subscriber request incurs a service charge.

  • Subscriber must provide access to the vehicle during the agreed-upon installation time.

Billing, Payments, and Termination:

• • Monthly charges are automatically deducted from the subscriber's provided payment method.

  • Payments are non-refundable, even in cases of early termination.

  • Failure to pay for monthly services will result in service suspension.

  • Subscribers may terminate after the initial 3-month payment commitment.

Device Uninstallation, Damage, and Liability:

• • Sallychanza Business Café will uninstall devices upon subscription termination.

  • The subscriber acknowledges that the devices provided are not covered by Sallychanza Business Café for damages caused by external factors beyond the subscriber's control.

  • In the event of loss or damage to the tracker due to external factors such as tempering with tracker wiring or unforeseen circumstances, the subscriber will be responsible for replacement charges incurred, which amount to K1000 per damaged or lost device.

  • The devices remain the property of Sallychanza Business Café while the subscriber utilizes the services, and the subscriber is responsible for their proper care and usage.

General Conditions:

• • Sallychanza Business Café reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services with prior notice.

  • Subscribers agree to use services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • For clients evaluating our tracker effectiveness, we provide a 14-day trial, adaptable based on the vehicle quantity, with installations on 10% of the fleet
